My Favorite Reiki and Peace websites

A decade ago there were only a handful of Reiki web sites. Today, we find thousands. Some are very simple, others substantial and still others, dubious in quality. For those of you who are confused by the sheer number of sites and are wanting a good read, I have attempted to list some of my favourites below. Many include information on other interesting Reiki topics such as Seichim.

1)  http://www.annieo.com/reikioutreach
Reiki Outreach International was founded in 1990 by Reiki Master Mary McFadyen as a way in which all Reiki practitioners can support Reiki and the spirit of Reiki; acting as one unit to bring peace, harmony and love to the planet by sending the energy of Reiki together to turbulent and critical situations such as famine, drought, plagues, mass illness, wars, political turmoil, and suffering of all kinds (and beautiful photography).

2)  http://www.reiki-research.co.uk
A UK site created by Reiki Master Joe Potter which shares information about Reiki sessions. It has interesting web pages on Reiki, Reiki Research references and reports and a list of good links to other Reiki sites.

3) http://www.angelfire.com/az/SpiritMatters/
Reiki Ryoho Pages by Light and Adonea is a brilliant website covering all aspects of Reiki in detail. They also provide links not only to other Reiki sites but also to resources, research papers and projects. They offer various Reiki manuals written by themselves and have compiled details of histories of Reiki which shows us the assorted claims of different Reiki and Seichim Masters.

4)  http://www.reiki.org
William Rand's International Center for Reiki Training is one of the earliest websites on Reiki and is another site with a wealth of Reiki (and Karuna Reiki) resources and references including information on research, his own Reiki books and magazine, “Reiki News”. Numerous articles on Reiki, energy and Reiki related topics are available. Free newsletter.

5)  http://reiki-press.hypermart.net
This site features a complete Reiki Manual in two volumes, available FREE by ordering online, by Jeffery A. Martin with contributions by Bruce Davis and Anthony Glenn Agee.

6) http://www.reikidharma.com - many good insights, history updates and articles by the international teacher Arjava Petter. Free newsletter.

7) http://www.reiki.net.au - a fabulous Australian / international Reiki site
